I recently purchased an Ipod on Ebay and when I received it, I quickly realized it was a fake. ?
It wasnt some great deal, in fact, I have just received a second Ipod authentic onefrom a different seller for only more then what I paid for the fake. I have opened a claim with Pay Pal advising them that the item was a counterfeit but was just wondering if anyone else has been through this and actually gotten there money back or did I just learn a very expensive lesson?

Nah, you should be good if you used pay pal, thats the whole reason you use it besides protecting your identity, you should get your money back, esspeically when they see that it is in fact a fake, on top of that Ebay should also be willing to do the same, as that the person was falsely advertising, which is actually a crime
