I really want a cell phone but my parents wont get me one...what do I do?

If your parents really dont want you to have a cell phone they may have their reasons. If you really truely want one so bad, sit down and talk to them about it and show that you are resposible tresponsible. Even try saving your pennies to buy yourself the phone of your choice.brIf this does not work, your parents will get you one when they see fit.
